These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sukha Technologies ("Sukha", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our platform at sukha.live or through any related application, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sukha. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. Our platform is intended for corporate employees and HR professionals in an employment context.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sukha only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with our security features
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the AI companion to generate harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use the platform to make employment decisions that discriminate on mental health grounds

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Sukha platform — including AI models, design, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of Sukha Technologies and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sukha at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
